Welcome to Harrow Central Mosque

The vision of Harrow Central Mosque and Masood Islamic Centre is to serve the needs of the diverse local Muslim community and build relations with the wider non-Muslim community. We are committed to a peaceful and prosperous Harrow where communities learn from each other and work together for the common good.   We will continue to host open days at the mosque showcasing our work, along with inter-faith events with other communities.

Our mosque has undergone significant expansion and in December 2011 the new building was occupied. The building works are approaching completion and once concluded the mosque will be home to conference rooms, library, supplementary school, computer suite, health and fitness centre, shops and a burial service. The current lack of funds is the main cause of delay in completing this project and we urgently need your help. Please help us by donating generously or giving Qard-e-Hasana.

Our mosque provides a number of services for the young, women and the elderly including marriage solemnisation, religious counselling, business mentoring, IT training, English language courses and health & welfare programmes.

The Annual General Meeting will take place at 10:30 on Sunday 29th January 2012. All registered members are invited to attend to receive an update and ask any questions. Please bring your membership card or identification with you. We would also like to remind you that existing memberships expire on 31st January 2012.

We will be regularly updating our website so please visit us again soon.
