All content,text,images external documents ,tranferred and uploaded to this site must be approved by the Webmaster and General Secretary and only uploaded from approved office.
All email accounts allocated to committee members, volunteers and temporary staff must be approved by the Harrow Central Mosque. All email accounts must solely be used for HCM duties and directly in conjunction with fundraising or management and not for any third party activities or personal communications. Harrow Central Mosque reserves the right to terminate any email accounts without notice should the email account representative be in breach of these terms or conduct any business via the account that is not directly related to fundraising or management of the new building. Account and Email Passwords are personal to the representative and may not be shared with, or transferred to, any other person or entity.

All information / communications transmitted in HCM email accounts are confidential to the addressee and are intended solely for the recipients use. If you are not the addressee, you have receive an e-mail in error. Any disclosure, copying, distribution or action taken in reliance on it is prohibited and may be unlawful.
